I live in central Bath and my firm, Roxburgh Milkins LLP, is a specialist corporate and commercial law firm, founded in 2003. Our offices are in Bristol but we service clients from all over the UK and internationally. I have practiced corporate transactional law for some 24 years (2 years as a junior lawyer at City firm, Freshfields, 15 years at Osborne Clarke, 12 as a partner, latterly head of its Bristol Corporate department). At Roxburgh Milkins we advise entrepreneurs and private/public companies involved in corporate transactions (e.g. start-ups, buy-outs, buy-ins and all related debt and equity funding arrangements, private company share and asset sales, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, takeovers and flotations) and in relation to all of their commercial contractual arrangements. Our firm has 5 partners, all with backgrounds with major law firms but who now view themselves as liberated escapees from the big-firm environment. We are therefore equipped to deliver the highest levels of service and expertise but in a down to earth and personable way. Our goals for Roxburgh Milkins are that it should mature into a highly regarded corporate/commercial niche law firm with a reputation for quality and integrity, recognised as a genuine and refreshing alternative to the larger, established business law firms by independent entrepreneurs, their financiers and other business advisers. In addition, in a broader sense, we wish to be regarded as pragmatic, well-connected, useful people to know with broad business experience derived not only from years of advising a varied group of clients but also from our own experience of starting and running our own entrepreneurial business. You can find out more about our team and our work at www.roxburghmilkins.com Regulated by The Solicitors Regulation Authority © 2008 Roxburgh Milkins LLP |
