Mezzanine floors, in most cases, are a very effective way of achieving additional space without the inherent logistical problems of moving to larger premises. They can provide additional storage space, production areas, retail space or office accommodation.

We would visit your site to give you an honest assessment of the conditions and establish the viability of the project by providing budget costs.

From that point on we would prepare detailed drawings and specification and provide you with a detailed specification.

We will take into consideration all aspects of building control, part M compliance and DDA legislation when preparing specification.

Drawings are prepared and provided (subject to conditions) using Autocad.

We can also help with office and warehouse space planning and if required will undertake to project manage.
